A refund can be done only if the item was not shipped yet. Otherwise, a refund is only availble in case of a lost package or if the piece arrived broken.

Each ceramic piece is packed with a few layers of reused bubble wrap to protect it on it's way to you. 
Shipping takes approximately 2-3 weeks.
Shipping price will be calculated at the checkout.

If you order internationally (outside of Israel ), you may be liable for customs tax if the package happens to be inspected by your country’s customs.

Due to the current world situation, there have also been worldwide shipping delays, so please be patient if the package takes longer than usual to arrive.
